    • agoraphobia isn’t just of crowds it’s also normally fear of unfamiliar situations/people or situations difficult to get out of, many people with high anxiety or trauma have agoraphobia. many people with agoraphobia tend to have a very tight and familiar schedule with the same people everyday. sorry if i got anything wrong this is just what i know
