In this clip, Charlamagne continued discussing the fallout from Angela Yee's exit from The Breakfast Club and particularly her comments while appearing on the Tamron Hall Show where she claimed to have been the only woman working for the popular radio show. Charlamagne pushed back by laying out all the women who have played pivotal roles in the show coming to be and continuing to keep it going.

But when u go back to that interview and see the expression on his face when she began denying, that wasn't the expression of a liar. He looked genuinely SURPRISED that she was denying it. Then as he went into detail about her calling him trying to find out what room he was in, he was too detailed and straight faced about it to be lying. Plus, if it was a lie, why would he just make it up on the spot like that??? I honestly think Angela just wasn't expecting him to expose their personal business. It was bad for her image so she denied it. Reminds me of the 2pac/Faith situation. Faith denied it. But now years later many people who were around the situation are admitting it DID happen. Ijs.

Gotta be honest, The Breakfast Club was magic because of all three of them! They all complimented each other well. Yee actually did her homework on the artists coming up and Char & Envy had no idea of them unless they were very known.

I think everybody knows that she meant "on air" or in the room but in the moment it came out wrong and gave the wrong perspective about the show. Anybody whos listened to TBC as a radio show over the years would know exactly what she meant because she was often talked over and Envy and Charlamagne often ganged up on her when it came to perspectives in the room or on air. For whatever reason people all of a sudden are on a Yee hate train and its weird.

If you've every paid attention to the show while she was on there you would understand exactly what she meant. I agree it definitely came out wrong but I also dont believe that she intentionally went on there to lie when clearly they have millions of people who have tuned in and who will be able to say otherwise. A radio person not using their voice has got to be most ironic thing for someone's who's job is too also be somewhat of a radio personality able to speak up for themselves.
