Join Jordan as he pursues Alaska trophy moose with an open sight muzzleloader. As they land the plane in the back country there has been a Grizzly that blew up the cabin and the adventure ensures. From well below freezing temperatures, the northern lights, and plenty of moose action you will love every second of this video!

Nails sticking out of plywood the best defense against bears getting into cabins
If you look close one of the cabins had just that, and the bear went through the wall! Crazy!
Awesome video, nice to see Eric on the hunt. Great bull
It was amazing, and Eric was an absolute professional and pleasure even when the chips were down. It wouldn’t have bothered me at all for him to get real frustrated when we found his cabin in shambles and he never made a big deal about anything. Just moved forward. Amazing guy!
Splendid scenery and all, but the pompous music makes it hard to watch. The silence and sounds of nature is the best soundtrack for hunting videos.
Is this DM766?
I have been on 2 moose hunt and never had a guide drive me around in a sideby side. I guess I didn't spend enough money
@1tojo you nailed it right on the head! We have done the DIY stuff multiple times in Alaska, and that in a nutshell was the goal, find something better for a similar price as the DIY trips or at least way cheaper than most fully guided hunts that are conducted during the September season! 🙌
Smells like wealthy nonresidents competing for tags meant for Alaskans to fill their freezers.
Very cool!
Thank you!!
Glad you got your moose buddy . 😊
Nice to see pine Martin. 😊
Nice work! Are scopes illegal during smoke pole season?
That is correct, peep or open sights only in Alaska on a Muzz specific hunt.
Have hang fish nets around your cabin keep the bear 🐻 out buddy . 😮
Can't believe they don't have a side-by-side . with tracks
😂 you’re telling me! This year’s hunters will be cruising in the argo with tracks as well as having a couple more sleds on stand-bye. Oddly enough the year previous on that particular week there was no snow at all.
