  • The original concept of gender reveal parties was having the doctor put the gender in an envelope, taking it to a bakery, having the color of the cake be pink or blue, and cutting the cake with close friends and family. The fireworks and confetti are dangerous and messy alternatives. People shouldn’t die over these “parties”.

  • My granddaughter was so excited to have a baby sibling she didn't care if it was a boy or a girl. That was last year when she was 8 and had a baby brother... This year, at 9 years old, her mom is having twins, a boy and a girl, she is still very excited... Even though she has to share her room with her brother after the twins are born... Lol!

    • The clips where the parents tell their kids without gimmicks and the kids cry anyway proves that it has nothing to do with gender reveal parties but the kids themselves being disappointed cause they think they won't have the playmate they want.
