I have no reason to be satisfied with my performance, but I am happy to have such a weapon in my Breakpoint collection. It was my raid #14

With the Weapon Mastery system does that negate needing Accuracy and Handling on guns? Because with weapon mastery alone my stats are past the "cap" for example Accuracy says it is 175/100 and Handling is 200/100. Does going past that cap further improve the stats?

Reload Speed & DMG to drones are pretty good at bumping up stats that aren’t used in the mastery system. There are perks that can be used like Ballistic Advantage (BA) or Close & Personal (C&P) that pump useful stats that you always want. Reload Speed & DMG to Drones on firearms are hot all the time if you use BA & C&P leaving you with a choice between Feel No Pain for loud play & Slim Shadow for Stealth while having crazy good stats & little to no diminishing returns. Some weapons like the ACS12 can benefit from other stats but you can really go wrong with an AR, 100rd mag & M203.

I think you have to do 6 or 7 raids before you get level 300 gear
Beating Cerberus isn't enough. You have to defeat him with 290 total gear score or higher... and even that's no guarantee. You are guaranteed to get a weapon at least +2 over your gear score (usually higher).

Makes sense I recently got the mp7 accuracy and handling level 300 in critical.
I got my best weapons from critical raid but level 300 is just a fancy number. Weapon characteristics do not differ regardless of level. Perks are important.
I thought the higher the gear level the more powerful the weapon is…

This is rarest to get in a raid, I've even tried using the same tactic and still couldn't get it. It happens completely randomly.
I liked the old m4 sounds way better.

You really get nearly the best M4A1 with the Perks😮 Accuracy instead of Handeling would be the best😄

I got 252 from doing elite missions in the open world. That is the highest I know of from the open world, or 'soft cap'.

Man, it's sad to see that Ghost Recon has become some kind of goofy sci-fi-shooter instead of what it used to be and still should be. Same goes for Rainbow Six.
The game developers often make decisions that we don't like and the owners are always looking only for profit and unfortunately we have to accept it.
Good thing you never have to do this or play this way. Turn on ghost experience and turn off the hud. Having a great time with the game.

@@Greisman the thing is, the game received heavy critisicm, for obvious reasons so Im looking forward to the next ghost recon game. they know all we want is wildlands with better graphics, mechanics etc and I mean breakpoint has insane graphics. it looks beautiful

Playing with gear score is cringe.
In this game, everyone can set their own settings as they want. I don't think you can do a raid without a gear score.
