This is one of my ways to clear my head when there's too much on my mind. As soon as there's a clear sky or conditions are acceptable to go on the water, I'll grab my bike and ride to the club to pick up a boat, lifevest and paddles. Once pushed away from the bank, there's freedom from disturbance.
