Hey Ecko, just wanted to say thanks for checking out our Add-on! We’re thrilled that you enjoyed it. I wanted to address some of the points you raised! 1) Seeds are totally meant to work with animals, that’s an oversight by us and we’re working on bringing it to the next update. 2) We have new tree textures coming! We’re waiting on Mojang to be able to add “real” 3d trees but that will also come in a future update! 3) Some hitboxes for crops were a bit wonky! Namely when you used bonemeal on the grape vine, we somehow missed this in testing and that hotfix should be coming out next week! 4) Finally, the coffee, tea, hot chocolate and ginger tea all give speed boosts, so when you were drinking them it was refreshing the speed boost, although I love the idea of different effects and will think on this! Anyway thanks again for testing it and sharing your thoughts! I can’t wait to share some of the new things coming!

@@AdamPavlak oh I forgot to comment on that! We're looking at some ways to do that, unfortunately it's not quite as simple as turning off spawning, as that can't be done!
Please add a way to get grapes in survival, they do not spawn

Got the add on couple ours before post and I would say 9/10
Its great but if you have the naturalist addon than there are 2 types of deer
I haven’t played this yet, but I can’t wait to use it in my survival world. I felt the farming and cooking in Minecraft was shallow and I’m glad farming has got a little more attention.

It is amazing! It makes getting resources easier, especially with the fruit trees, if im low on food and my farm is taking ages, i can just pick some pears or apples off the trees with sheers!

All i need is an add on that will add extra plants but also loads of recipes for weapons and tools and ways of getting items like get string from a cotton plant and so on

@@Omniholic. we may look at it, we’re limited in some regards in that Minecraft can only handle a set amount of textures, so there’s a theoretical cap to what we can do, so we have to try to really plan how we’re using these things.

It needs updating the seeds keep popping out the ground tried everything but still the same what use is the farming mod without being able to grow the seeds right
Try Niels Culinary addon its has placeable food block decoration and you can eat it plus have table and chair too
Great video ecko, there is a bug that when you have the camping lantern in your off hand and start to walk by those crops. They start to pop out of the ground, same with the bushes and trees.
Unfortunately that camping lantern puts an invisible light block on the block you’re standing on! We can’t really stop that! Best advice would be to take it out of your hands when farming!

So uh, I have a question Are addons allowed to add items that don’t have a full functionality Because like, every addon I have seen so far, whenever it adds something, it always has a functionality Like, being able to be placed, being able to be interacted with, being able to eat, being able to use it on something, etc Like, I feel like no addon I’ve seen so far adds a item that doesn’t have a use on itself, but instead are used for complicated crafting (Like, a stone stick made of 2 stones and does nothing, but you use it to craft a extra strong sword) If no, then I can see why, but I would prefer if they let them. I mean, you can have a work-around it (adding a useless/meaningless functionality), but that just seems unnecessary (Btw I think they only do that so addons aren’t scams, saying they add a bunch of things and half are just crafting ingredient items, but they could just allow then and make a rule that you have to price and advertise only for the amount of things that have a functionality)
Go to know that there's a way to expand on the amount of food and crops.😁 Shame that I'm gonna have to wait until I get some cash, tho.

Hi guys! Not sure if he covered it, but I know the wiki has 0.6 as the hunger saturation for every food. Is this the case? Or are saturations different? If so, what are some of the best foods for this?
Hey! They all have different values when it comes to Hunger Saturation, in the case of which food is the best on returning that is up to how difficult they are to make! So for example 'Pizza' and 'Sandwiches' would be able to restore your Hunger levels up the best!
Has anyone else experienced this Add-on taking over Default passive mob spawn rates? I barely see any default mobs with this enabled

Hello! No, you may just run into two different Deer's for example in your world. One from Farming and the other would be from Naturalist!
Cool mod but I don't like that it uses entities for the trees and scarecrows. But for now I'll stick to the bedrock port of Farmers' delight.
I kinda like how the scarecrows are constructed like Golems, I do however wish that it could be toggled. The trees I can't help but to agree with, I wouldn't mind small sprite trees in the game... But the fact that they're counted as entities could have been changed
@@deancauley5745 at the minute the custom blocks and block structure features required to let us make more custom trees isn’t available. As soon as it is we are updating it to use these features. We are working on a visual overhaul of the trees though as I realise these aren’t to our normal standard!

Yes
they do but they aren’t optimized to work together so you end up with the same mobs with much different designs.
@@jaydenschelmety6686I like that as it can provide "variants" to the addon creatures. For example the Naturalist Deer are skittish and can't be mounted.
They work you’ll just have two different kinds of the duplicate mobs and they cannot breed interchangeably obviously
Do the crops actually act as crops? The elemental crops act as blocks and not crops😅

Hello! Yes, you're able to use both! Although, since both of the Add-On's come with Deers for example, you may run into both!

I have the deco craft and another furniture mod,,but when I activate the naturalist the game crashes a lot,,,can I use it safely with those two mods?
Decocraft is perhaps the least optimized add-on for the marketplace atm, it's likely you won't be able to play it with other addons... Especially ones as big as Naturalist and Farming

@@ecko I stopped having issues with Naturalist after the update, decocraft is the only addon I can't get to load with my other addons (all from the marketplace)

I only know Pam’s harvest craft mod😤
It's a great add-on. The only real complaint I have is that having all of these crops planted can really lower the frame rate (at least on the Switch). I made a 3-story greenhouse to cultivate every crop at once and it was chugging hard every time I so much as looked at it while the crops were growing. I eventually just had to clear it out to get my game running normally again -- while planning to mainly use the building to only plant and harvest whenever I start to run low on food.
Hello Yes, we've had other switch users see this issue too, but rest assure as we're actively working on providing a more optimized FPS rate for all players!

These add-ons almost always removes the survival status of the worlds i understand the developers of them deserve compensated for thier work but feel they'd better off with lower price gaining possible more purchases. But im a mobile directional pad player so im not buying anything anytime soon.

Is it just me who when trying to download Addons it gets to importing content then says download failed? How do I fix this?
Hey, if you're stuck and the download failed, follow the current steps in order to fix it! Go to 'Main Menu' -> 'Settings' -> 'Storage', then click on 'Clear Marketplace Cache' and wait fore the dialogue menu to close. Once that is done restart your game, make sure it was fully closed. Then see if it works again!

I wish they were actual blocks. They seem like they are entities because they lag the game like crazy. I have a big farm and it takes me down 20 fps

Hey! This is a Minecraft issue unfortunately, what I'd suggest is to unload and then reload the Add-On's you're using. If that's not the case, but you're using multiple Add-On's at once, try reducing the amount you have loaded into your world. Hope that works!
What I dislike about this addon is the bush/tree and plant textures and how undetailed they are plus the trees are not actually trees

Only thing as a con I have noticed, having used it for a day or two now, is the game will 'hiccup' and freeze for a second. Might not be the best for hardcore players. Havent used this on a realm yet, so its hard to say if its just a visual glitch client side and the game keeps going on its own or not.
