  • I was fifteen (15) years old when this came out. I had just started high school. My good friend who was a bit older and he and his older brothers had cars and I can remember when their parents were out of town - which seemed often and I remember his father drove a super mega awesome Porsche 911 - 930 Turbo. When the parents were gone we would have the most awesome parties with kegs of beer flowing non-stop around the clock - the parties were on waterfront property and were epic with bands playing and massive stereo's blasting the tunes !! His older brother had a white with a Blue Firebird on the hood Pontiac Trans - Am 455 H.O. that he bought brand new - it was a super ultra mega awesome car !!!!! His brother always had the best money could buy - every girl in the neighborhood wanted to be with him and all the guys wanted to be him - he was on top of the world - the seventies - 70's - were epic times to be alive - there was no doubt about it.
