This is the reason why YG Artist should attend an award show. Look at this, just treasure and the stage, it is a huge stage but they killed it. You can fell the hype, the crowd, it is all different. Jihoon said if they dont have enough time to practice and prepare anything. Thats why they dont have backup dancer. This is the quality of performance that only be prepared for 2 days. Can you imagine how it will looks like if they have more than 2 days ?. I mean...yes..all artist performed well. I agree with that. But I just want to praised treasure this time.

I'm a stray kids stan but I think this was my favorite performance of the night. I loved their energy and the songs were so fun and hype and before I knew I found myself dancing along with it too. And I really loved how they ran off stage to dance in front of the other artists, it gave me 3rd gen vibes of how MAMA used to be like. Good job guys ❤❤❤❤

What I love especially is that TREASURE has fun on stage. Instead of dance choreos or props, they focused on hyping the crowd, raising the energy levels and making the performance enjoyable for everyone there. For an audience member, the best and most memorable experiences are often made when the artist is able to create a connection and enjoy the concert together with them. TREASURE did well.

you see. simplicity is REALLY hard to nail. this really give spotlight to their vocals and power, which are very rare in kpop big stage unfortunately. because some groups tend to focus on visuals that tends to make the performance feels stiff. im not even a treasure fan, but huge props to them being the highlight of mama this year for me. sincerely, an atiny💫

I'm not a treasure fan, barely know any of their songs. But I can say, this is probably the best performance ever put by a 4th gen group without exaggeration. The live rap and vocals, the stage presence, the energy, the interaction with audience. They are really bringing the old yg groups superiority back. Dont know why yg was holding them back till now. I think hyunsuk is really the heart of treasure,he takes all the parts in the group,it's not just because he's the leader,anyone can lead the stage,compose songs,but he always seems to lead,he really shows what leaders mean, jihoon is also a leader but hyunsuk is the most prominent in terms of leading in any case

Aside from BP who don't really have leader, all group leaders in yg should be like that ALL the pressure is in their shoulder for treasure they have 2 leaders buy why hyunsuk? First his the older one and his the rapper so his incharge for adlibs, though other members also can hype, the other 2 rapper's also take turn for adlibs sometimes but should not be all the time since it's also become a mess if the 3 rapper's will over shadow each other. I watch some of their live performance from festivals and concerts and I really admired hyunhayo chemistry they knows how to take parts for adlibs w/o over shadowing others, they can even take the part of other's if there's a technical problems. And they're still rookies they still have more space to grow. For jihoon his vocalist it's not good for him to do such adlibs it will affect his voice especially his incharge of high notes.

I just want to let you know that both Jihoon and Hyunsuk are prominent as leaders. Hyunsuk is the 'on-stage' leader, while Jihoon is the 'backstage' leader. They are both pillars in the group. Hyunsuk leads the group up front and Jihoon leads and support from the back. Hyunsuk is a Taurus, he stabilize the group. He is in charge of productive-wise, in the group. Jihoon is a Pisces, he takes care and guide the group with attentiveness and on emotional terms.
You can just feel there energy through screen and like they are enjoying there performance so much .I want to go into their concert so bad!!

I've been saying this before and I still stand by my statement that TREASURE is a collection of rare and authentic gems. The kind of gem that is usually missed by many because on their natural and uncut state may look like an ordinary rock, but once cut polished would place no competition over plated ones. Success can be measured in any objective factors, and while TREASURE might be a little far from those numeric values that kpop fans loathe to boast around on a daily basis, at least they are producing the music they want to build and have genuine fans that supports them in and out. With great talent like shown on this video, they would go places. Mark my words.

They owned the stage. They ate and left no crumbs. This performance is way too good for a group who debuted during pandemic & had no live audience for more than a year. They are on BIGBANG's level when it comes to performing and thats like the best compliment ever if you are a VIP or familiar with BB's live stages. Congrats Treasure,you've come so far!!

i went to treasure concert in kuala lumpur, bought the vip tix & didnt regret it…. abt 6 hours standing at barricade totally worth it cuz treasure slayed all their performance.. and now i’m waiting for their next concert hahahahaha
YG Blood is flowing in TREASURE omg I just got goosebumps while watching there MAMA performance it was the bestttt they know how to hype up the crowd 🔥🔥 There command on the crowd is actually insane!!
One thing that i like from YG artist is they are not some robots who dance and singing perfectly on stage, they're keep making contact with audiences, and that was very great point of a performer 😎

not really Treasure stan but wow this performance is an Award Show Level performance .. soo great . the 3 guys who rap at the beginning really know how to hype up the crowd and the whole group performance is amazing.. Edit : after checking all their songs and performances on youtube, i am now becoming their soft stan 👍 . They make great music and great performances , definitely one of the young upcoming big star in kpop scene. Another Edit : Yall aren't joking when u said once u entered TeuLand it's hard to get out. I have watched the treasure map, i started from season 2 eps30&31 (gold coins hunt) , these boys are funny with such a bright positive energy. And also this fandom is so welcoming. Did some googling to learn about all the members and sad to learn 2 members have left the group :( best of luck for them in their future carreer.

Nah... I was so astounded to the point that I cried after they performed ---not even kidding. Perhaps because I know in myself they utterly did well this year. Like, I don't need to convince myself that they did well even though they did not just because I am their fan. I wasn't actually expecting anything from them because the last time they performed at MAMA, I wasn't that satisfied lol. However, I am so ecstatic that they have improved and I'm proud of them because of that.

@@diaREYS i'm not just pertaining in the hype song. last MAMA 2020, in their "boy" performance, the part that was playing was junkyu's part but junkyu wasn't even on those members who were dancing -same with jeongwoo and yedam's part. so i got confused. another thing, on their "mmm" performance, it was like inkigayo but in a bigger stage---- the rappers did a very superb job on their parts tho. oh! also, i just didn't like their 1 minute intro, the robot thingy since i feel like it's sort of waste of time???
on this date, TREASURE make a history. they performed in award show as if it’s their own concert. they ate that stage and left with no crumbs. they even performed without back up dancers. managed to vibe all the people in the venue even the other artists. lastly THEY SANG LIVE!
They don't have back up dancers 'cause even ygx also performed in mama. So proud of them👏👏

A lot of people say they hate yhs and yg, ent but mind you they are the standard that everybody can jealous of.. from facilities (health, building, delicious food,clothing brand)freedom of the artist to do what they want to do, produced own music by itself, good shares(60 artist/ 40 yg) of profit, hi end apt for the artist, dancers, own company card each artist, good training(free food, lodging and clothes) ground and facilities( no debt on training) to which you cannot see on the other companies.
