Jax having his own room shows he is an actual member and Caine was immediately able to recognize Gummigoo as an NPC in over 5 real members telling us that he can actually tell between NPCs and humans but not forever so he gets rid of NPCs the second they step through the portal to avoid accidents. I do believe that others have tried to bring NPC’s with them but failed but I don’t believe Jax is an example of this. If Jax was an NPC he would’ve been destroyed months ago. Jax. Can’t. Be. A. Non.   • People are saying that Jax is an NPC, but I have a better theory. Everyone at the digital circus, aside from Caine and bubble, have a background story. Although we may not know what they are, I have a theory for a certain character’s life before the circus. Everyone’s favorite (more half people’s favorite after episode 2) purple rubber rabbit, Jax has an action loving spirit that loves violence, but what if I told you he could’ve been a murderer before entering the circus? It may seem inconceivable, but allow me to explain my theory. Jax loves action, and he’ll do anything to get it. As shown in episode 2, Jax attempted to ram Gummigoo’s truck, and also tried to shoot the Gummy Gators when given the chance, and mainly for fun aswell. In the fudge scene, Jax is approving the idea that eating the candy people isn’t murder if it’s delicious, this could also mean he doesn’t think it’s murder if it’s fun. Another thing is that he let Kaufmo rampage and even defended by saying he was fine and let him nearly kill the other circus members. He loves watching people’s misery as stated and I quote: “I’m fine with doing whatever, as long as I get to see funny things happen to people!” On that topic, what other character in a show is obsessed with watching other people’s misery? You may have said Alastor from Hazbin Hotel, and I completely agree. But before Alastor came to hell, what was he? He was a serial killer. That’s my theory, Jax was a murderer. Do whatever you want with this.
