Yes, only it gives you the profiles you have connected to before, not the ones you haven't connected to. So, it's practically useful in case you forgot the password to previously connected networks. :)

I don't know why people think this isn't useful. I work on a lot of computers and this is a real timesaver. Customers rarely know their password (s) when I'm trying to install a wireless printer or setup a smart TV device.

Well it's still useful because I took gamenet owner wifi password with the PC that was already connected to it when he went out for smoke, and I used it to download a few things in my phone
you can even scan the qr of the wifi with google lens to get it no need of commands

This video is very useful if the password is the same from whenever you last connected. Say you were to connect, change the password, then do this, it would show the last password that you used, and was correct. Useful if you forgot the password for a different devise to connect.

This trick only works if you have ever logged-on to these routers, or if the routers are not "hidden", or if the router password is NOT encrypted.

yes you're right, my own network password is encrypted and showed nothing in the text file, but for other networks like on of my friends the password was shown in the file.

For all those who are saying that we didn't click this video to find alerdy conmected networks.. I would like to say that this video is useful in computer labs of school and other places.. In case we are able to hack someone's pc and get the reverse shell, we can use this command to dump their network passwords.. You can even ask a friend to use his/her pc for a minute and then get their wifi pass

@KingReplica dude, even for the routers setting it requires an admin password and what if u forgot that and btw using this command its more easier. And also to open routers setting you need a network connection. And if u are only having a wifi and no other output for internet than i think its more logical to use this command.. Think logical dude

rename the folder path to your pen drive while you do this on somebody elses computer .. and you can hack their routers, ( or make an autorun file in the pen drive so every device that th pen drive connects to gets exposed.. )

You can find the password without this cmd by navigating Go to your wifi adapter then right click then click status, then choose wireless properties and then click security tab then check show password

you can do this on somebody else's computer.. Simply get a pen drive and run the command while you change the folder path to your pen drive..

@Andigamer i would say i have a lowish intermediate knowledge about hacking wifi and good ethicial hacking knowledge, but i can always learn more.
Goodluck buddy, the admin must've used group policy which basically prevents users from doing admin task. Unless, you got some balls, to do workarounds and not being detected by system logs.
