The Devil and God is lyrically the best album ever written. My opinion.

This is just so raw and honestly just so easy to listen to. I miss them so much. Brand new holds a special place in my heart forever. Through the dark times and to now. Jesse is such a great song writer.

I hope the guys know how much support there still is for them all out here. We understand.. but we miss you too.

This song.... the moment it starts playing I feel like I'm going to cry. This whole album is so intense. Means so much. Every subtle tone and word.

The whole album is perfection. The balance between the tranquil portion and the loud portion is the best. This album helps me sleep, just turn it on and I'm out.

I remember walking through the rain from work late at night, during a bad time in my life, and listening to this song. I got very emotional as i had just enough and started singing it out load with my headphones on.

So much emotion, Brand New has helped me through so much, I often get bummed that I'll never see them live, I hear they used to put on amazing shows, some of the best, despite everything I hope someday there would be a reunion, I'd give anything to see them, I love these guys to death

I came across this song a few years ago, very short time before our family cat died. Yeah I know, people say "uh it's just a cat", but he was my closest fellow, like a brother, we grew up together. And then when he died I couldn't feel a damn thing. I couldn't shed a single tear. Bein sad when someone dies is a really bad thing, but I'd say feeling nothing at all is worse. The original cover art makes me feel unsettled, it all makes me think of warm summers and wheat fields, I don't know. It puts me in a very odd mood everytime. A feeling of sadness so deep that I'm unabled to feel anything at all.

Jesse nailed it. One of Brand New's enduring principles as artists, collectively, was to never allow moss to grow beneath the band's sound and artistic range. To the end, BN remained true.

sowing season is one of my favorite songs. i'll be 16 this upcoming august, and my 24 and 28 year old brothers love brand new so i've heard them here and there but only recently did i start listening to them. amazing band honestly.

the world lacks these kind of people

I just wanna put this out there... You can be a fan of something someone created while not supporting who they are and the things they have done. These songs are important to a ton of people, and that can never be taken away. I miss this band so much and it kills me that so many people can't separate the art from the artist.

I personally feel like I have grown with this band. I've been listening for 7+ years and they just continue to impress me.

Been listening to them since about 2005. Every time I come back to listen I find more to appreciate. This version, this song, just wow...hit's right in the feels. I still love how every album and every song has a different feel to it. Such a talented band and so much to appreciate in today's wasteland that is so lacking in decent music.

They actually tend to play venues with capacities closer to 2 or 3 thousand, often selling them out. And that's in the states. In Canada and certain parts of Europe they can go even bigger than that. The fact that they recently headlined Bamboozle alongside Bon Jovi, Skrillex, and blink-182 should say something. When they play 400-person venues, it's typically just a one-off for the fans, not because they couldn't book a larger one. That said, I think they should be even huger. Amazing band. :)

New York and I used to go up and down the LIE from my s*** motel. I've had a tooth pulled out there. I've earned a lot of damn cash out there. It was years ago but every time I hear you guys play it's just magic. Something new? Something not so ACDC something not so Ozzy Osbourne something not so something not so Washington state! Pennsylvania something brand new and I used to be friends with Penn State students 20 years ago and they all loved your music like you guys should have came to Penn State and played. I seriously love these guys. The inserts of the interview honestly makes it so much better. There's something special about being close with certain music... but there's truly nothing like the feeling of being exceptionally more personal with the band/people who actually created the music.
