The matchmaking is based on skill (trophy) not lvl; if u r facing higher lvl players that means u r high on ladder for ur lvl which means u can take pride of how good u are 💪

Well, it is unfair. So just use smart troop placement, those guys probably got stuck in that area so they ended up maxing so many cards. Level 12s and 13s are actually pretty much noobs in challenger 1 and 2.

Ive known this since their update a few months ago . When they decided to stop matching us based on trophies but card levels. Its easy put low level cards in and a couple high ones to get a mid opponent. Surprised you just figured this out. Thanks supercell for the switch lmao

You can also exploit this like: bring some low level cards, along with 1 to 2 maxed cards, it also works, normally you'll face level 9 players, but your maxed cards wreck them

I noticed this in 2v2 when I would make dumb decks that were low leveled and then get matched up against people who also had low leveled cards

i use this strat for 2v2. I'm a lvl 11 with a lvl 12 - 13 deck and my lowest cards rn are lvl 9 so i made a lvl 9 - 10 deck so i use it for 2v2 so i can be paired up with a decent level teammate and low-ish level opponents. very helpful for getting chests when im not feeling like doing ladder.
