The green coffeebeens are white chokolate with matcha tea and the chokolate in the square is a typical ganage made from melted chokolate with doublecream, but very special is, that everything is made by hand, even the tempering of the chokolate and the chokolatier is an real artist 💝

its matcha (powdered green tea). tastes delicious in chocolate. slightly bitter so its a contrast to the sweetness. probably a bit sophisticated for Americans though!
