Latency not noticeable for music and watching video content. May be slightly high for gaming. But you can use the aux input to get rid of the latency.

How to turn on noise cancellation
Unfortunately, there’s no option to turn it on or off unlike the expensive ones. Almost noise cancelling when you put this on. Super bass feature is amazing. Sounds great, very clear, strong battery life.

Does it happen on certain songs only? If not, perhaps try resetting your headphones first.

Nothing in the box says it has ANC. However the noise isolation in this headphone is pretty good.
