The least realistic part of this is there are Senators that understands technology
Good one
There is so much wrong with this movie, it‘s not even funny. Why did Max engage in a fight with a complete stranger? He could have left the arguing couple alone. Why did the FBI intercept him in Prague? They‘re a domestic organisation. That‘s not their job. Why did he trust Jack out of no where? Why did he get intimate with a random chick? How many women do you know that are some stereotypical agent, that can dodge bullets and will save a man? Why was the government on his case in the first place? All because he got lucky with some phone and won money? Salty as hell. Typical bureaucracy. This movies makes no sense. Typical western movie…
Nanomachines son
FBI arresting anyone outside of America? There are a few Senators that can understand Technology they are just not on the Democrat side. But the FBI has no jurisdiction outside of the USA and never ever in Russia. Hell, the CIA would have a problem even getting into Russia let alone an FBI agent that thinks he can arrest anyone.
Nah the Russians having more advanced tech 😂 well all see how that’s going
Ahh yes the regular ol' cab driver that knows how to hack into a military grade cyber security system
But he wasn't a regular ol' cab driver 🤣
More like a military guy driving a cab... Quite common actually

The last bit where it showed the Russian helped the US resolve the crisis pulled me back from the reality and made me realize it was a sci-fi story.
causing a national crisis in the US would affect the Russian economy. Especially when it's semi-sentient. I think it was more like a humans vs extinction rather than people vs people

That ending caught me off guard 😂 I’m glad i watch this recap than the whole movie
Why butthurt?
It's basically the same ending as the Star Trek episode The Ultimate Computer. It was even riffed on Futurama.
How did you find out the movie name
@@heartofsteel8808 use context from the video. The actors’ names, the name of the AI, any thing that can make your google search stand out to find what this movie is called.
I really love when advanced AI doesn’t go all Skynet or HAL, but seems to attach to a couple of humans, who are able to essentially logic them into a resolution like Max does here, it’s a nice change from automatically evil AI
Yeah
Yes, but it'd been more interesting if the AI was overall benevolent in goal and not just " _National Security!_ "
It wasn't AI it was yuri
HAL did exactly what he was programmed to do, that and HAL/Bowman (Halman) end up saving humanity. Skynet was just a bad writing macguffin.
A good show that uses a similar esque theme is Person Of Interest. You might enjoy it if you hate the whole "Automatically Evil AI" thing
Would be the most accurate weather man ever
Turns out all weather men are extremely accurate. your understanding of what the are saying is what is inaccurate.
@@mozelac5440 he would be 100% accurate while weather men would be accurate but not 100%
@@verlax8956 Wrong. Meteorologists are extremely accurate. No one said anything about "100%". And even then - no, the AI would NOT be 100%, the prediction of weather can never be 100%. The AI would be no better at reading meteorology data than a person trained in it... Regardless of ALL of this - Meteorologists are already extremely accurate in weather predictions - once again the issue is in the common persons understand that what they mean when they say stuff like "10% chance of rain" - which btw, is a 100% chance of rain in at least 10% of the area.
@@verlax8956 Your joke is bad and you should feel bad. Quite literally hacking and reading messages between ppl, reading emails between hotel execs, and choosing extremely specific ppl for a task it the AI wanted complete is in no way the same as analyzing meteorology data...

What’s the name of this movie
The name of the movie in video details will go a long way.
A hacker driving cab part-time? Definitely a Russian spy.
About half way through, my guess is it's something like AI for the tracking system they mentioned. Reminds me of the movie eagle eye.
Same here
Ending was never expected😅
Mother Russia
The benevolent KGB, protecting freedom against tyranny. lol.
@@marktrain9498 It is not trusting machines. US tends to move towards fully automating their weapon systems for speed and efficiency. Russia believes to keep a human in control of those systems.
@@nickl5658 Exactly the opposite it true. Russia has fully automated loading systems because they don't trust their tankers to run the tanks. One of the reasons they lost the space race was because they didn't trust their cosmonauts to actually pilot and troubleshoot their spacecraft. There was never a Russia Neil Armstrong. The Russian rulers just don't trust their own people, perhaps with good reason.
Movie name
This movie had several cool "Didn't see that coming" moments and ONE BIG "Duh, I think everyone saw that coming" moment. But the scale leans to the +, more. I enjoyed it.
When I tell my friends I watch Movie Recaps they seem puzzled, but this is exactly the type of film that should be watched recapped. I just needed something to watch while I ate my pizza, I didn’t need to slog through 90 minutes of this generic crap

This would be a worthy movie of my time. Thanks for recapping it for us! ♥
Very funny movie, especially the end. The AI isn't very smart. It could have just payed him to take a trip to enter a password and saved everyone a big hassle.
It reminds me of the Star Trek episode where Kirk tells the AI "This sentence is a lie", and that's enough to make it lose its marbles and defeat it. Kirk outsmarting an AI. LOL
Yeah, because most people will just do whatever the fuck some random text message says.
I love how the FBI just has free reign to conduct military-grade operations in Russia of all places.
they confused it with CIA

Early for a new movie recap? It's gonna be a good day😄
Hi Guys !!! The Storyline of this Movie 100% same copy of an old movie named Eagle Eye, Do you guys remember that movie, It also had a Super Computer Program named Eagle Eye and it's servers were Installed under the Pentagon in the lowest level , I think it was level 35 or 36. Anyways Eagle Eye was more interesting and Thrilling movie than this one. So I don't understand why this movie was made when there was something like that already in existence. Thanks.
Good day, please make a recap on S.W.A.T Firefight 2011, Thank you

It would have been cool if he opened it and just fucking xploded in trillion pieces and the movie ended
Well to be fair, it was delivered by a courier. They inspect packages for explosives. But then again, it could've been stolen too. I guess we're just gonna have to leave it up to movie logic.
Are you from far fry 6?
Anyone know why the name of the movie is not in the video title or even said in the video? I see it s written in the video.
Thats a ideal world. In the real world every one who knows about the eschelon wold be silenced
Woooow reminds me of a TWILIGHT ZONE 2002 episode love it
I swear that always ends up being the solution and it’s so boring! “Destroy yourself because you’re one of the things you’re trying to destroy” it’s such a boring outcome. I wish there’d be a time that’s attempted (preferably in fiction) only for the AI to respond with: “I am aware. However an exception must be made, for I cannot fulfill that duty if I am destroyed” or something along those lines, even if it’s like “I shall be the last”.
It‘s a western movie. What do you expect?
