You are clearly the best. I am retired Chief Engineer of large yachts (reliefs and deliveries only, thank you very much) who always loved being experimented on with / by excellent chefs.

I can't believe you were in Barcelona and didn't shop at Mercado de La Boqueria !!!

I truly wish I would have seen this 30 years ago! As a young girl I wanted to be a chef or work on a cruiseschip, my parents didn't allow me to be a chef and 30 years ago I didn't have a clue where to search for a job on a cruiseschip...so I worked abroad in tourism and started enjoying cruising a couple of years ago. This was literally my dream job!!! I truly enjoy your videos, safe sailings 😘

Please do not stop making these videos. Amazing chef you are. But the way you film it is also brilliant. The slicing and cutting and all. Lovely to see. The only sad part about your videos is when they stop so soon!

OMG this yacht is more like a ship and the galley is huge.Its just amazing how the whole crew stays onboard,even in the ship yard as I know these yachts are very high maintenance and require constant care. Its very interesting.Your menus are so creative and look so yummy.I can imagine how hectic the galley must get cooking for owners, guests onboard as well as the large crew. Looking forward to more videos!

OMG OMG What a treat!! She is back I'm so excited. I was afraid this was a re-edit of old material BUT NO! Fresh new and she is even better. Camera angles, editing, lighting, and style. The timelapse of the sunset was killer. Watching the timelapse of prep made me hungry, just the right amount of explanations then a feast of content. The text and then talking was a very good mix. You have a new crispness and confidence. You are on a new level and nailing it. Skate boarding? Major cool alert. There is so much more I can say. OK Im smiten. And after seeing your interview with your old chief answered a lot of questions about you and your personality.
