This house is located in Times Square and I really enjoy the lively atmosphere around it. The only downside is that the view from one side of the balcony is blocked by a billboard.
Don't forget $2800 a month for life after dropping $1M! NYC is too expensive for 99% of people.

Why do I need a sink that large for in the bathroom? To wash a baby or dog? I'd rather have more counter space.

With the building you can as it allows 90% financing, it’ll just come down to what bank you use to get the loan. Overall, great investment property though!
