In today’s episode, People of Bangtao, I’m going to walk you through the whole gym. See everything we got from Mma area, over Muay Thai, the Ringside Cafe, Bangtao Fitness and as a special watch Tim knocking out is opponent.

Pretty sure Bangtao is going to be the Mecca for Fitness, Muay thai, MMA, BJJ and Good vibes in the entire continent. Most definitely the place I must cross off from my bucket list. Hope to plan in advance and bring my entire family. Cheers.

This place looks awesome! I actually leave for Phuket in 2 days already had a month for tmt but I think I’ll go down and check out the gym and if I extend my stay will finish in bangtao!

The place looks amazing bro and definitely the number 1xspot in Thailand 🇹🇭 Also, I am a Muslim brother, and how is it getting Halal food over there. - Good to hear from you bro. Bangtao area has a big Muslim community. The area offers a lot of halal food options. At our Ringside cafe we do offer vegan and vegetarian food. Hope that helps you brother. Thanks for the support see you soon.

- It's absolutely helpful bro and expect me to be there for April. I believe the gym will be open for a year at that point ? If that is the case, you guys got to do a 1 year anniversary fight event, man or something like 👍 Keep the videos coming Also, if you could do the day of a Grappler in the gym and MMA guy/girl and Muay Thai guy or girl. It will give us a feel of what is like for people doing those percific sports appose to miaong it up. These are some ideas if they help ? Thanks again, and keep the videos coming, brother...Osss

I did muay thai and k1 for 2 years and im planning to come to this gym for an entire year ( education visa ) to train bjj /muay thai and mma how much will these cost and the trainning progarm
