Whenever I listen to music like this I imagine myself floating in space and I'll choose different planets to float to. Or sometimes I'll do an underwater theme. Where I'm swimming further and further down into the ocean, witnessing blue whales and discovering different sea creatures as I go deeper and deeper. You wouldn't believe how much it helps you to forget all your thoughts. Try it and let me know how it went. I hope you all sleep well my fellow night owls.

I suffer from anxiety over the past few years and I love this sleep music I always conantrate on this instead of all the things I worry about. You keep up the good work and to who ever is reading this don't give up you are you and don't ever let anyone change that
I traveled home early December to visit my family but had to stay in a hotel. This helped settle me at night and I've been listening every night since.
I have had severe sleeping issues, mainly due to my anxiety disorder, this music helps me sleep better, it actually works

I've been up for 20 hrs and I have to be back up in 2 hrs, but I've been having SUCH insomnia restlessness lately. Somehow I had a feeling that flutes would help to soothe me, but this video was even better than I expected. The music and reason are perfectly gentle and balanced so there's no startling dynamic changes, and the background scenery is beautiful and relaxing as well, so soft and still and comforting. As soon as I turned this on I felt the bodily tension and frantic thoughts melt away into perfect peace. My eyes are already closing. Thank you so much for this good medicine 🙏💜

This was helping me fall asleep until an extremely loud ad disruption with talking startled me and I had to scramble to find the remote to mute in order to keep my family from being awakened by the sudden loudness. I assumed it was a fluke but then it hapened 2 more times and I was startled all over again. If this is truly to help people sleep through a night then please make one without ads. 😢
