Intense 30 Minute Workout (NO EQUIPMENT) - My Workout Routine!

What I love about this workout routine is that you really feel like you’re making the most of a 30 minute workout.
I’m not a personal trainer or an exercise expert, but I just enjoy exercising and sports (along with eating). So this is a workout routine I often do when I’m at home in Bangkok, and it takes about 30 minutes.
The idea of this workout is to keep moving for the entire time. Even if you need to slow down, you keep moving and keep exercising for the entire workout.
Here are the sets:
25 pushups
10 toe touch situps
20 mountain climbers
10 crunches
15 burpees
About 100 meter jog
Repeat for 6 times
This workout is pretty strenuous and it makes the most of 30 minutes of your time.
What I also love about this workout routine is that you don’t need a gym, you don’t need any equipment, you can just do it by yourself anywhere you are - even if you’re traveling.

  • Mark, make sure you cool down for at least 15-20 minutes BEFORE you take a shower and drink not too cold of water when in heat. I knew two people that died of a heart attack. One downed a coke quickly from fridge immediately after mowing lawn in 100 degree heat in Lubbock Texas. And now I'm in NC and a father of a friend of my daugher died in shower from also mowing lawn in extreme heat. He didn't wait to cool down and went for a cool shower. He had heart attack and died. I hope you cool down before shower. Thanks for your video. It is very encouraging and motivating! 💙

  • This is great. I used to do a lot of workouts just like this, varying the different exercises each time. The key is to keep your heart rate up and rest as little as possible and that keeps the fat burning for days. Thanks for sharing. I always wondered how you managed to stay so fit eating so much great food and I suspected it was due to these types of workouts.
