Hey guys, good job on Ghost so far. I had a question or situation about my American Bully, he’s a year and a half and his sit, stay, down, and heel on the leash he’s good at. But as soon as the leash is off he’s interested in other things in the yard like marking and his recall to come is gone. He’s off on his own in the yard. I’m not sure what do next. Your insights would be greatly appreciated. Mahalo!🤙🏽🌋🌴
Long leash keep him on it always. E collar training would also be great.
@@KingdomBullyKennels thank you! I’ll try the e collar, I’ve seen the long leashes but thought to be a mess. Thankfully he’s standard size bully but still strong and so much energy.
Brian is correct with the long line, If you don’t plan to use an ecollar. The long leash can be a lot to work but will help as you work on adding distance to the recall. So right now you have a 6’ recall. Adding distance slowly will help that. Also using treats even when off leash. Treat every time he comes back.
