Место прямо скажем с точки зрения климат.условий не самое лучшее для возведения столицы. Эти деньги надо было потратить на реставрацию Казахстана :дороги в аулы сделать нормальные,мед.учреждения ,школы и т.д!
70% территории РК-это резко-континентальный климат.Стратегически находиться столице возле государственных границ очень опасно.

Это сделано специально потому что сейчас 50% населения живет на юге страны, представь что было бы если столица осталась на юге? 90% населения жило бы на юге, а 10% на севере ,с экономической точки зрения лучше бы столица была на юге, меньше денег тратились бы тогда ,на севере в основном живут русские, там можно было бы меньше денег тратить, но с политической, это означало бы потери этих земель
