  • I've been listening these type of music for almost 2 weeks before going to sleep to relax, get my daily stress out about life, work, family stuff, self doubt, overthinking, etc. And has helped considerably and even I've been feeling some change in me that i can't explain. And now reading all the comments the tears are just going, just from seeing all the love and positivity and motivation, thank you everybody it can be so simple and silly but those words mean a lot for me in my mind and how i feel.
