Thanks! I heard a commotion when I was looking at another heron at the opposite direction, and that's when I saw this heron struggling to swallow the freshly caught feast!

Thank you! Yes, indeed, I tried so many times to "catch" that "catching" moment on many shorebirds and this is one of the ultra rare attempt that I actually "caught" one! Thank you for your nice feedback!

Glad you now know Little Blue Heron! It's common in my area. They have white feathers when juvenile.
