And even for every type of red sauce there are many many different variations, preparations that one person cannot say what the other has cooked. People will try to convince you with general answers like Red sauce, chilly sauce, etc. unfortunately these are not true...

  • Must say this that the guy did not use mountains of cheese like most street sandwich makers, even knowing he was being videotaped he did not overdo it. Loved the way he handed his retired hacksaw blade as a knife. But why do all sandwich makers remove the best part of the slice? BTW what happens to the end pieces of the loaf?
