  • i have a phobia, which is hypnophobia. a lot of people confuse it for the fear of sleeping, but it’s just the mild fear and concern of what can happen whilst going under hypnosis. edit: i also have pedulaphobia (the fear of pendulums)

    • I'm not getting mad at anyone but I'm just saying that scophobia isn't a real thing and that there is a difference between a phobia and anxiety, anxiety is an emotional state because of stress but sometimes the source is unknown and with a phobia it's like a fear but there is one big difference which is that a phobia effects and interferes with the persons daily life and makes not able to function probably sometimes.
