Citizen Amendment Bill अरु राज्यको निम्ति सपोर्ट गरेको तर सिक्किममा लागू गर्न अघि बहस चर्चा हुनु पर्ने भनाई एसडीएफ पार्टीका एम पी उम्मेद्वार पी डी राईको भनाई रहेको छ।
सिक्किममा कम्पनी एक्ट लागु गर्दा 371 F लाई धक्का पर्ने अनि लागु नगर्दा सिक्किमका एन्टरप्रेन्यूरहरुलाई हानी पुग्ने बताउँदै यसको समाधानको निम्ति बीचको बाटो खोज्ने पनि उनले बताएका छन्।
