Regular Croatian air defense exercises strengthen skills in air defense missions against low and medium altitude targets.

I kind of like that triple Oerlikon mount the Croats have on that IFV. It isn't efficient as some of the other systems, but it has presence.
It is not Oerlikon guns, this is triple Hispano-Suiza HSS-804 20 mm build under licence.
@@alfa147able And Oerlikon (and I checked) bought out Hispano-Suiza in 1970, and the BOV SPAAG was built on/after 1985, and the gun itself (the Yugo copy) was tested in 1971. So it is still an Oerlikon gun. (technically)
@@MM22966 ok I can see relations that you are going to. But still guns are not originaly Oerlikons, Hispano Suiza the French makers made it guns long time ago, I think in Second World war or after it, much before Oerlikon bought plant in 1970.
@@alfa147able Actually, I didn't know any of that when i made the original comment. I just back-filled because I didn't want to lose an internet argument.
@@MM22966 well guns are not Oerlikons either that or the other way. I am Croatian and in front of my house was a batterie of BOV 3s AA guns. They shot it down lott of Migs in days of our Independence war.
BOV3 is great for drones.
