Cesare, such a humble dude! Hope more victories yet to come for him!
7:03 All hail caesar, haha, that commentary is gold.
ViRuSTriNiTy The way the commentator pronounces the name correctly is setting the bar incredibly high. Well done.
funny that it's such a high bar to reach. like I can even pull that off 99% right, and i haven't commentated on anything ever.
All Hail Caesar. Gold for sure.
@@pauli6570 agree! Their boss should really require them to know the correct pronunciation.
Credit "The Cycling Podcast". They had a recent episode with this title.
Best Finish of this Giro, so far 🤩
Now this is racing, finally the giro awakens!
Good stage! Also, just want to thanks for these highlights packages, they're really quite good.
We hope to have this kind of highlights all throughout the Giro.
Great result Eddie D, 🇮🇪
The best comedian ever, Cesare Benedetti: "I'm not a talent, I'm not a winner."
Just in cycling...
it is true, he has never won in his professional career and he is 31 years old...so he is not a winner! He is a talent because being professional rider means that you are talented, even if you are not Chris Froome
@@simoneingrosso8096 or even a Lance "I'd do it all again in a heartbeat but next time I wouldn't get caught" Armstrong
@@zealman79 cambia canale
@@simoneingrosso8096 Yes, he is most definitely a talent and It is untrue that he never won a professional race, besides, just with winning the stage 12 this year in Giro he showed everyone that he is in fact a winner.
i love that commentator. his accent is great.
Better than the one from Eurosport who is always yelling so damn loud.
His pronunciation of italian names is perfect (I'm italian)
WOW ... what a commentary ... OH HAIL CESAR over the finish line for Cesare Benedetti ... a humble and strong worker who finally got his first professional victory ... SIMPLY BRILLIANT 🤟🤟🤟 Keep on going like this! Silvano 🇨🇭
"I'm not a talent, i'm not a winner"
damn what an attitude
Says a guy that rides in the world Tour
Kind of made me a little sad that an elite athlete with INCREDIBLE talent can feel that way about themselves.
He is objectively a talent whether he likes it or not.

Your highlights are SO MUCH better this year than in previous years. They really tell the story of the stage! Thanks.
Thank you @Eurosport for providing quality highlights. Please make all stages available.
Thanks Eurosport for these quality Highlights. Really love watching them.
What a likeable winner this Benedetti, well deserved
Yeet, the giro finally starts for me
Now you are a winner!
Err...thanks.
Awesome ride by Cesare Benedetti
I wish Eurosport would do each stage, they're great!
benedetti's eyes is color coordinated with his jersey!
Great recap!
That was a great race course and race. Bravo.
what a stage
Fa sempre piacere accompagnare il giro d'Italia.Bellissimi e sempre attuali i ricordi di tanti anni e tanti campioni.
This is really quality coverage. I wish we can get that broadcast in the US -- alas we'll just have to settle for the highlights -- which are quite good -- a teaser.
The best thing is: Eurosport is in your basic cable package
Pięknie Czarek , pięknie Rafał!
Slovenian double!
Now this is how you do highlights! Good stuff. Best race so far.
This commentator is the best! 👏👏
power chase and sprint wow
Nibali is looking very, very strong.
he did literally nothing
Rode 2 great tt’s and is following really easy up the mountains.
Nibali will win this Giro! I am sure 100%.
@@lucafurlan2919 He's of course talking about this Giro, in which Nibali has been quite invisible. I still believe in him though!
@@petterskoglund2228 Nibali looked strong in the ITT but I think that he means today, when Nibali did absolutely nothing, even if Roglic had no teammate
how refreshing to see all of these new guard names coming to the forefront, not that we're tired of the old guard but this can only help the pro peloton!
Hatch off!!! Thanks again for these golden comments
The race now begins
Great racing 😎👍🏻 Come on Dunbar 😀 Victory on the cards, only a matter of time.
Amazing
Awesome finish ...
I love it when the breakaway wins the stage.
Would have been nice to see some GC footage
To put it mildly... Is the comments section all Europsort staffers? People want to see the fight to win the Giro, obviously.
Lets the race begins!! after two weeks of waiting.
Dayum his eye colour matches his kit
This commentator is really keen on pronouncing his languages correctly, isn't he? :-)
His pronunciation of italian names is just perfect!
@@mimnbo86 Ma que, non sare dire il nome de Brambilla
Nope, he keeps saying Brambilla wrong
@@Jimpassarotri As an italian italian language teacher, I don't find nothing that wrong: he says Brahm-bihl-lah, maybe with a bit of english accent,
too keen :-P
Go Richard Carapaz...top 10(s12)
I love the commentators very professional and knowledge but I would like to explain something about Miguel Angel lopez and his "superman" nickname he got the nickname because someone try to stole his bicycle back in Colombia but he fought for it and they couldn't stole it. Just to let you know. Keep the exellent work and thanks for bring us the best of world cycling.
Any chance y'all could make all these highlight videos available in the US? It seems like every other highlight video of the Giro is like two minutes of the entire stage and then the interview. It really kinda sucks.
Likely NBC contract prevents. Neary every year, one could watch early season ski racing and road cycling, until big$ managed to influence youtube. My Tor browser isn't working right now, but download and use that to get access to US-blocked but other nations open material. China or Arabs block in their nations for their reasons; the USA blocks for reasons of Big Cash corporations.
Bora Bora! Is the Winner!
bom trabalho.
Brawo Czarek !!
Wish they would broadcast this great race in the USA
Try the Eurosport player. I watch the race on my phone in work...ssshhh.
Majka
Can the sprinters watch this and learn to sprint in a straight line without cutting riders off.
Go Landa!
"All hail Cesare!"
@eurosport Can I watch Eurosport in Japan?
Eurosport player.
@@petethedrummer Thanks, but I keep getting a 'Not available in this region' message.
Good man Eddie Dunbar
Hope there wont be too much Snow and none of the further stages have to be cancelled or cuted
tomorrow probably there will be a bad weather...epic stage!
@@SoundvibeNetwork hopefully it won't be too bad otherwise they will cancel the big Mountain finish

Where is Matt thouht he be talking
Roglic have 2 gregary on the finish, and other Gc raider was alone. It’s interesting.
Those were Yates and Chaves from Mitchelton Scott mate ;) Roglic was actually alone for a very long time. His last domestiques were dropped pretty early on the Montoso.
its other way around. roglic all alone while yates have two teammates. nibali still have pozzovivo n caruso. lets see tmr
Sorry gays ))) I have mistakes, of course it was Yates, with to domestic.
Question, why did the blue guy at 6:52 stay back?
He made his move before and got nothing else for the sprint. Nothing intriguing there
He was frustrated that the two riders he was with, Dunbar and Brambilla, did not contest the sprint with him and instead allowed Benedetti and Caruso to catch up and pass them. It was a foolish mistake on his part because he gave away at least 4 seconds and he actually ended the day in 4th place in the GC standings. I think that either he was not aware how much time he had gained on GC, or it was a major blunder of the Deceuninck-Quick Step director sportif to not tell him to just sprint for the best time and forget about the stage win.
I think he was cooked
@@flyingturtle4559 He's no GC rider so he couldn't care less about the seconds lost.
@@Whistler4u __ Valerio Conti is no GC rider either, but at this level of competition, every rider rides not for himself but for the pride of his nation and recognition for his sponsors. For any Grand Tour rider, to wear the Leader's jersey is a goal to fight for. Remember when Thomas Voeckler single handedly defended the Maillot Jaune against Lance Armstrong and the mighty US Postal team for 9 days and became a national hero for the rest of his cycling career and brought glory for his sponsor Brioches La Boulangere? For these Pros it should always be better to lose while trying instead of just giving up, plus the fact that Capecchi is an Italian makes what he did a disgrace. Maybe he may get a chance to atone for his error.
Czarek 😁

Eurosport Desbloquear el resto de etapas!! No sean como la gaver

Giro is perfect for a non climber to win this year. I mean stage 13 before any significant mountains?! Bravo.
But from now on it's Mountains everyday except stage 18 and the final time trial.
Yeah from on it's one off-day and you're gone from the rankings
Wow he actually said "I am not a talent I am not a winner" what the heck they tell them at that team Bora. You don't have to be Sagan to be a talent and a winner
Dude Cesare has been riding professionally since 2009 and he has never won a race, not one, until yesterday. He's had a career because he knows his place. He said yesterday's race was one of only 4 or 5 occasions in his pro career where he even had the opportunity to go for it. This man is a consumate professional and I am sure Bora know what they have in him, he has been with them for the last 5 seasons
