Hi Paul. That's a Lowrance Hook Reveal 5 which I got for £270 ($335). I added a 12V 30Ah LiFePO4 Lithium Battery which is much lighter than a lead acid battery and lasts much longer between charges. That cost an additional £100 ($125). I use it for depth rather than finding fish and recommend it - if your fishery allows it and its not too expensive! Tight lines!

Hi John. The idea is that the oversize booby below the normal size booby will stop the smaller booby hitting the bottom when you fast retrieve. As you can see... the system works! Tight lines! Dick Wildblood
