I have a 73 coupe. Sat 25 years in a very dry New Jersey garage. Love my car. Drove it 50 miles yesterday.
You.lucky.duck.nice.73.rock.on😊
Love the old corvettes Lou
I got a 68 coupe in about the same shape. Just got done replacing almost everything that wasn’t working to get her running. Still isn’t 100% but a numbers matching mostly original work in progress with no frame or birdcage rust is good enough for me.
In 2001, I bought a '75 basket case in much worse shape. I rebuilt and put the crappy L-48 in a 32' boat. I'm holding my breath for a 427. I don't care about numbers matching or anything other than making it what it should have been.
Nothing like a cold Miller Lite to quench your thirst while rebuilding a carb.. 👍👍
I believe do it right the first time, never get in a hurry.
Nice one i got one myself 1973 454 it is amazing car !!!

get a quick jack.... works great on my 78..... picks it was up and makes it easy to get under for any repair etc.....
Hoods on the c3 are known to not want to pop. My 1974 corvette refused to pop for years but one day it decided to love me again
My former boss used to date stouts daughter wow this brings a lot of memories I even had t-shirts from not dealership they used to say wrap your ass in fiberglass buy a stoudt's Corvette
Stout auto in Reading PA. Long gone now.
Good stuff 2 Lous!
Your corvette looks a lot better than mine did after I got mine after it was also sitting for 20 years haha. Very cool to watch quick progress happen as compared to me where progress was slow because I was still learning about carburetors :)
Progress is progress, no matter how much or how little. Thanks for watching!
Check in compartment where the jack is for the wheel lock key
Thanks again! It was there
I had a gold 73 Corvette with a higher compression 350 and black leather. I am looking forward to your future videos.
Just saw the golden Buick go up Garfield. DANG !
I love c3 corvettes and I don’t know why!!
I have a 1977 Corvette that I had sent's new I am the only owner of this car and I am related to Louie Chevrolet and that Corvette is a 1973 and I hope you checked the birdcage on that Corvette they do rust and if you ever see that the car is no good it will coast money to fix the car and most people will never do it
Way to go Lou. My garage will do U good down on price st.
Nice More Cadillac
Badass 😎
FYI… It’s not fiberglass. 1972 was the last year Corvettes were make of fiberglass. Starting in 1973 they have been make of SMC (Sheet Molded Compound).
Thank you
I love q-jets and Miller lite..
just a quality paint would cost almost more than these are worth
Would love to have the wheels!
First thing you do is pull that anchor of a 350 ci 190 hp engine and put an LS3 in it.
BASE ENGINE L48,THEN L82 250, LS4, 454- 275hp
Sweet 👍🏻 👍🏻

You guys in scranton area? I live in Dunmore
Yes we are. Thanks for watching!
Why you miss the whole thing how much did you pay for the car have you got the guts and balls to tell us
Does it take balls or guts to disclose a price? What does it matter what we paid for it over 2 years ago? Markets change my friend. Thanks for watching!

For how much you bought Sir,
It's the automatic
I don't know if you know this the quadrajets were known as quadra junk
Not at all. Tuned correctly, they’d run better than Holleys.
