Yeah it should have been easy
Could have hit on the same side as he was going into another side.
@@emadashraf6765this is why when you overhead smash you should hit it hard and as down as possible so it goes in the stands, he could have also done what you had said aswell but instead either decided to play nice or couldn’t get enough strength to change the direction of the ball.

To the people saying it should have been easy remember your sitting on your phone and he played in one of the biggest tournaments in the world
It’s absolutely insane how crucial this point was. 3rd set. Kokkinakis won the first 2 comfortably. He was 2-0 up in the 3rd set. Looking like it was gonna be an easy win. This was a break point. Murray wins the point. 2-1 in the 3rd… he then wins the set. Wins the 4th set and wins the final set after 5 hours. Insane. Heart of a Lion.
Only because of what happened on this point... Mental crushing 👉🏻😎👈🏻 vs 👉🏻😭👈🏻
Он после этого сделал ответный брейк, этот момент не был ключевым
5 hours? Is tennis that long? 5 hours of tennis between 2 people is crazy
@@ImHim200 This one was. Usually they play 3 sets. At most it can last 3 hours. Once every 10 years you’ll get a 4 hour 3 setter which is insane (most notably Alcaraz vs Djokovic at Cincinnati last year) but at Grand Slams you play 5 sets. Average match is over 2-3 hours. And if they go all 5 sets it can be 4-5 hours or even longer. They changed the rules recently so that the final set has an end point. Because over 10 years ago a match at Wimbledon went 11 hours 💀💀
Perhaps he just had a better racket😂 jk
This was what made him so great. He always returned. You could hit the perfect serve and he’d return it. A true legend of British sport in my eyes. Scotland especially should be very proud of Andy Murray.
There’s nothing that breaks the spirit of a competitor more than an opponent having an answer for everything they’re trying.

That's what Andy does, he never gives up! Go Andy....
Andy is an absolute warrior. There may have been more talented players in his era, but he'd beat them through sheer force of will and his ability to never give up. The bloke won 3 majors and an Olympic gold, and was world number 1, in the era of Djokovic, Federer and Nadal. Then came back from a hip injury that should've ended his career and is beating seeded players in majors. A legend of the game whether you like it or not

He could have reached more if he were gifted with, say, 10% more talent. Really, given that kind of determination. He's still amazing for what he had accomplished.
Couldn’t have put it any better.
