GARLIC LONGGANISA
1kg ground pork
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup minced garlic
2 tbsps. oyster sauce
1 tsp. atsuete (annatto) powder
1 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsps. iodized salt
2 tbsps. flour
1 tbsp. catsup (banana or tomato)

  • I'm excited to try your longganisa recipe! Thank you, Chef RV! I've made longganisa before using a different recipe. I put the meat mixture in an icing bag and squeeze it in the wax paper. Easy to shape into logs. I do the same when making lumpia too.

  • The best longganisa 👍 nagustuhan ng mga anak ko. Madali lng gawin 👍 naubusan ako ng atsuete powder kya spanish paprika nlng nilagay ko. Madami na ako natry na recipe pero ito tlga ang the best ksi di tlga sya nag hihiwahiwalay pag niluto na at npkadali lng gawin simpleng simple lng mga ingredients. 👍🥰 Thank you so much chef rv sa recipe. ❤️
