DIY Large Faux Stone Vase | McGee & Co Dupe | An Edited Lifestyle
Hey everyone, I'm back with another DIY project. This time we're doing a DIY faux stone vase. This is similar to the faux stone vases I've done in the past, but we've added some detail and gone with another painting method.

  • Really very clever. Most KZheadrs when they do such projects have details of the products used in the description section which helps people following their vlogs to try it themselves. Maybe it would be a good idea if you did the same as what you do is very useful to those following you. Keep your vlogs coming as we can do things on a cheaper scale than having to buy ready made items which cost an arm & a leg,

    • Thank you :) Unfortuently, the paint I used is no longer available :( But I'd recommend playing with some warm browns and creams to get a similar effect x

  • Love it! I’ve been wanting to try this technique for about a year and haven’t done it yet. I think it’s because I feel a little intimidated. After watching your video, I don’t feel as intimidated as I was before your video. Thank you for sharing your tips. If I didn’t know you painted it I would’ve thought that it would have cost $200 or more.

  • It looks amazing!! I can't wait to try with a vase I recently thrifted. I was curious how well is your previous vase holding on (the one from 2 years ago)? I'm debating if I should get a primer for it.
