  • 1 banana 1 apple 2 kiwi 8 strawberries Chop in small Pieces Mix 1 liter milk With 2 packages of BUDINO caramel custard/ pudding comes in box ( screen shot the box in video take photo to grocery store) - Stir for 2 mins after starts to boil then set aside and let it cool down - Layer fruit in bundlting pan, -Break up Italian cookies over fruit - pour caramel custard mixture over fruit and cookies - cover with Saran Wrap and put in fridge for 1-2 hours Brown slivered almonds When cake ready flip over on a plate, drizzle caramel sauce over cake, and sprinkle browned slivered almonds over top of cake Lisa Ontario Canada

  • Well!! I found an alternative to the caramel pudding - Creme brulee mix! I did mix cream/milk as the packet suggested. Slightly heavier - but all loved it!
