Alpha and beta have much more to do with male to male interactions and being dominant over men than dealing with women. I know plenty dudes that have woman issues that ain't no punks.

The time you’re filling your mind with thoughts of her liking you or not should be used on ideas and positive ways of building yourself mentally financially and physically into the man you want to become. Once you start and stay on that path the woman will openly show interest in you to the point where it no longer becomes a mystery if she likes you or not.
