  • I'm so confused by all the comments disliking this song. The first time I heard it, it captivated me. It feels like a song from a movie or show where two people have lost each other and one decides to show up at the other's door because they realized they can't live without their soul mate. The music builds in such a powerful way that perfectly captures the agony of an ended relationship and the hope and desire that comes with standing at the threshold of starting again with the person you love the most. Then at the ending, the song leaves you hanging in an exciting way as though it ends right as you see the person knock on their ex's door and the screen cuts to black. You are left nervous and wanting but at the same time fulfilled and happy similar to the feelings you might get from the gospel music the chorus seems to takes inspiration from. The composition evokes a jumbled mess of emotion that is quite effective. I wouldn't change a single thing about it.

    • cant hate, supply and demand, she found her niche. if your music appeals to a crowd why not push it instead of becoming an inferior copy of a superior artist. id rather have 10,000 loyal fans than 100,000 trend chasing fans who probably wont buy my stuff or attend my concerts.

  • i can relate to this song because for a long time i was broken on the inside because i lost the love of my life years ago when i was just a teen girl in high school its like when you fall for a guy nonthing in the world can stop you from being together that is till you realize that it can be taken from you just like that and i lost him to drugs i had no idea he was even taking them nor his parents i miss him so much but i know he would want me to be happy again and all that i can do is move forward and keep his memorie in my heart love u Zack rip 2006 ❤
