I've seen snows cover the entire sky. The flocks would be making so much noise that they couldn't have heard our calls. Back in the 60s I had permission to hunt on the National Game Preserve in Cameron, Louisiana.
Always cool to get a band, my favorite snow goose band was killed in northern California and was banded on Wrangle island Russia, then U.S.S.R he was huge.

We did this in South Dakota when I was 12. Was a blast. One of my favorite hunting trip memories with my dad.

Like a poacher, only worse because poachers at least sell some parts of the animal, not just waste it's life, no matter how little it's worth. Despicable.

Hey what goose call are you guys running?
you know when you're using decoys it's cool and everything cuz you know they come around they're funneling and stuff and you see a bunch of them flying but where it's at is stalking them put on your ghillie suits crawl out in the field and get within 20 30 ft of them jump up and have them all jump up in front of you and get good shots that way it's a lot more fun and you'll have a lot more around you than you'll ever see flying it's amazing and it's a lot of fun the kull season in Arkansas during the month of February I saw 9 million snow geese at least it was the most I've ever seen and we were within 30 ft of them and they never knew we were there we are in ghillie suits and we watched the whole thing it was great

You guys should be letting the guy wit the now get the first shot and tell him next time if you can wait for him to shoot, and shoot at the bird's that flying directly over him straight up he can see his arrow going to the bird's. I've shot a few arrows myself back in my day at duck's and geese.
