Funding was stopped twice, the documents in the video were re-starting the funding before it was stopped again. The fact that bioweapon engineering uses this same terminology is irrelevant. The behavior can still manifest without human intervention. This is NOT a 'smoking gun'. It is just a single observation of behavior. There needs to be more research done to understand the beginnings. I'm not saying it is impossible that it was a human engineered bioweapon, I'm saying it is WAY WAY to early to pretend like it is definitively is.

I don't trust Fauci and am very patriot, awakened thankfully before the election last year, but it sounds like AIDS / HIV has shadiness too?
