Let's Play Hardcore Minecraft 1.20.4 Episode 1 I am extremely excited to start this new vanilla hardcore series! Today we start a brand new Minecraft adventure and if we die, then it's all over! In this episode we build a massive starter house right next to a plains biome village and a beautiful meadow! I used Complementary Reimagined Unbound Shaders when recording this episode. I also use the resource pack called Fancy 2.0 GUI Overhaul. I hope that all of these videos can help people out there sleep, relax, and/or study. Thank you so much for watching!

40:23 yeah cubfan's idea for the Deep Pockets enchantment for leggings is my favorite. Deep Pockets I, II, and III, each of which adds another row to your inventory. if you remove the leggings or they break, the items in those rows go spilling out.
such a cool idea!!
easy solution there, add curse of binding once you have fully upgraded and enchanted the deep pockets leggings!
Reminds me of a mod I saw someone using with a backpack. She wore it in a special “cape” slot and it provided an extra chest worth of inventory.
dont forget always switch elytra with armor once landing / while building

Nice to see another hardcore series in the 1.20 update and I love what you’ve done with your starter base, and love the location you picked, I swear I either have a hard time or bad luck with finding places and then settle on a location only then to look elsewhere and go “man I wish I was there.” Also not sure like how to go about playing MC and keeping a world for a while, either I look up a seed or go random and find interesting places to start like I have to plan it out instead of just going for it

It's a very cool build and I love the look! Personally, it would feel like a little too much detail to me, but I just like to leave some plain space, too. Keeps me from feeling overwhelmed with detail when looking at builds. I do love all the detailing tricks that you effortlessly combine.

god the way you are able to so easily build something so incredibly well textured but not to the point where it looks like a vomit of random blocks is just pure talent. I don't know if you already have done this but a video of just ideas for texturing would be amazing. love this so far.
