Nice piece of kit! I hope and pray that you're staying safe.
Thank you for your kindness !!! What a wonderful job!!!
Precision is the operative word in your shop. Great video, thank you.

Hello Gregory, Thanks for the plans, a simple and ingenious idea. I'm going to test this quickly. 😉
I do not use to coment. But this is one of the best (and simple) jig I have seen. Congratulation
Wow You got some Chops Bro ! ! ! Congrats ! Great flow of processes !
I like that it cuts all four sides at one pop.
Best thought thru jig for joints i saw! Very nice!
Works great and simple to use …now I need to build the super cool and super complex work bench to build and use the template. 😮
Fabulous. Beautiful fit. Way beyond my skill
Great ideas and good presentation with fine workmanship. Thank you for sharing.
Mate! What a jig!!! That's awesome 👌 Hope you and your family are safe and well.
Congratulations, fantastic and simple
Cant wait to see the most complicated one!
Very nice jig, just perfect
Simple and easy, I’ll have to give it a try, several hundred shop boxes needed.
Kawałek czasu śledzę Twój kanał i zawsze z przyjemnością dostrzegam tę samą kolejność - najpierw pomyśl, potem zrób. Brawo!
Brilliant jig, my friend! Really well done! 😃 I hope everything is fine with you and your loved ones! Stay safe there with your family! 🖖😊
Ficou animal esse gabarito, parabéns!
Although seeing you work is truly mesmerizing... our definitions of the word "simplest" differ greatly
Gregory, Great idea, my friend. I think this will solve some of my issues with box joints. You could also make different sizes to accommodate a situation. Thanks again. God Speed to all of you in Ukraine. Felix
Nice video and Jig. I'm not a fan of running box joints.... (all sides cut at once), but this jig works great for normal paired sides. If you do 2 sides flip them end for end and cut on the same side of the jig, then rotate the jig and cut both end of the other 2 sides you get a look more like what you see with other styles of box joint jigs.
Man, you're awesome. Great job, greets from Poland💪
Great jig it does a awesome job thanks for sharing
That’s amazing!! Thank you for sharing.
WOW you make it look so simple and results are outstanding. Great job. Greetings from Paraguay.
Sure he makes it look simple, he's got a complete professional woodshop and workbench to make it look simple. $$$$$
This is really wonderful!!! What a design, and that too, using scrapped machine parts. I wish i could copy this sometime. Thanks a ton for sharing.
I just subscribed because I was impressed with your last video!!!
having built a jig similar to this 10 years ago when I started back up with woodworking I found that if the fingers and gaps are the same size the joint will be too tight and most of the glue is pushed out. Try adding a couple of sheets of paper between each of the pieces to make the gaps a shade bigger. Keep safe during these troubled times.

If you added paper to the jig, wouldn’t that also effect the size of the fingers giving you bigger fingers and not fixing the problem?
@@thomashajicek2747 I’m petty inexperienced with finger joints, they went together pretty easily, barely needing some light coaxing in the end. What did I overlook?
Excellent 10 out of 10.
Workbench envy. ❤️
Wow, cooool, simple and fine
Amazing. Thanks for share with us.
Stay safe!!!! Cool video!!!! Thanks man!!!!!🙏🤞👍😎😀🤘
Wow, thank you, I'm convinced!
Très beau gabarit.....simple efficace
Muito bom, prático e útil.
VERY clever idea :) Would be great for larger number jobs especially
Super easy and useful. Keep up the good ideas ☺️
Die Idee ist absolut toll! 👍😎🇦🇹
By far, the most complicated box joint jig I've seen in youtube :D but still seems super secure and producing great results. Great quality job!
The award for complicated box joint jig definitely goes to Matthias Wandel, ha.
@@FirstnameLastname-bp5cm now that I've seen Matthias' video, you are 100% right, like 20x more complicated :D
So beautiful
Truly the simplest! Thanks for the video! Keep safe!
Cool! Very, very cool.... I think even I could make box joints with such a jig.. :)
you are very talented!
Excelentes ideas, gracias por compartir

I love the design mounting the router bit barely in the chuck that’s not a good idea. Maybe make the fingers a little thinner shouldn’t be too much of an issue as it’s always supported by the piece you’re working underneath it’s only a template so the load is taken up by whatever is underneath it.
Watch again. It was in far enough.
Nice; thanks.
Love your ideas (Awesome)
Well done, way more complicated than my factory made jig but I also enjoy making things like this once in a while.
@buyamerican3191 What factory made jig? I can't find one.
And as expensive as hard wood is getting the factory ones are probably cheaper.
Exelent, mil gracias
Functional simplicity. Excellent idea!!! Would this work if you put a dovetail bit in your router, producing thru-dovetails?
Way too nice ...... TheBest
Excellent!!
EXCELENTE Y PRACTICO 💯💯👍
My thoughts and prayers are with your country, I watch the news everyday, hoping the war is ending! I apologize for my country for being neutral at this time and am very ashamed by it (knowing our government has ties with Russia, sadly…instead of galvanizing our own workforce we import too much from Russia!). From South Africa❤️
Perfect
Realmente genial ☺️
Super Idee👀👏😁
That's a truly exceptional jig my bro.. Salute to u Sir. I love seeing ppl creating their own jigs for woodworking. U are very talented and as I'm just too bloody lazy to read in the description what wood u used to build the jig I was guessing white Oak or maple?? Oak is a beautiful wood bit I also love Walnut too. They've become very very expensive from what I've been told and as a newbie to this game of woodworking I could do with some advice if u have time or maybe anyone in this comment section could give me an answer to a couple of Q's.. I want to begin building kitchen Cabinets and I was wanting to ask someone which is the best wood for that?? Also how good is MDF and is the Green HDF board more for rooms like Bathrooms and kitchens?? Is it a special type Of MDF? I saw on another video that u can get BLACK MDF board now too? What the heck is in that stuff. It can't be good for us when sanding stuff like that.. Thanks everyone and to the man who built this cracking jig for his router BIG UP TO U SIR.... AGAIN I SAY SALUTE TO U SIR.
Saludos desde Quito Ecuador
Looks pretty easy to make. I'll give it a try. I'm curious if it can be used, unmodified, as a dovetail jig (just changing to a dovetail bit).
Perfektní ❤️❤️❤️
Excelente
Love your videos. Your work is always so neat and clean. Our heart goes out to Ukraine. Such an unnecessary tragedy.
