Kawałek czasu śledzę Twój kanał i zawsze z przyjemnością dostrzegam tę samą kolejność - najpierw pomyśl, potem zrób. Brawo!

  • Nice video and Jig. I'm not a fan of running box joints.... (all sides cut at once), but this jig works great for normal paired sides. If you do 2 sides flip them end for end and cut on the same side of the jig, then rotate the jig and cut both end of the other 2 sides you get a look more like what you see with other styles of box joint jigs.

  • having built a jig similar to this 10 years ago when I started back up with woodworking I found that if the fingers and gaps are the same size the joint will be too tight and most of the glue is pushed out. Try adding a couple of sheets of paper between each of the pieces to make the gaps a shade bigger. Keep safe during these troubled times.

  • I love the design mounting the router bit barely in the chuck that’s not a good idea. Maybe make the fingers a little thinner shouldn’t be too much of an issue as it’s always supported by the piece you’re working underneath it’s only a template so the load is taken up by whatever is underneath it.

  • That's a truly exceptional jig my bro.. Salute to u Sir. I love seeing ppl creating their own jigs for woodworking. U are very talented and as I'm just too bloody lazy to read in the description what wood u used to build the jig I was guessing white Oak or maple?? Oak is a beautiful wood bit I also love Walnut too. They've become very very expensive from what I've been told and as a newbie to this game of woodworking I could do with some advice if u have time or maybe anyone in this comment section could give me an answer to a couple of Q's.. I want to begin building kitchen Cabinets and I was wanting to ask someone which is the best wood for that?? Also how good is MDF and is the Green HDF board more for rooms like Bathrooms and kitchens?? Is it a special type Of MDF? I saw on another video that u can get BLACK MDF board now too? What the heck is in that stuff. It can't be good for us when sanding stuff like that.. Thanks everyone and to the man who built this cracking jig for his router BIG UP TO U SIR.... AGAIN I SAY SALUTE TO U SIR.
