Fun fact 1: I used one of my actual unfinished painting from 2007 in this video. • Have you heard of anyone else having issues with ads popping up in the middle of you ASMR videos? I’ve actually had that issue recently with a few and figured I’d bring it to you attention as these videos shouldn’t have ads interrupting while we are trying to use your videos to relax etc. It’s frustrating for obvious reasons but hoping it’ll stop soon and you can get down to the issue!

    • Hi Diane, just a feedback - most of all thank you so much for another stunning piece of art, your ASMR video is the best thing on KZhead. I just want to mention that your activities/speaking/murmuring/physical actions have become faster over the time than your previous videos. I wonder if it is any anxiety that you are struggling with or maybe something that is bothering you that you are not able to fully relax like before? Maybe others won’t agree with me, but if you feel that I am resonating with you, can you settle in and fully relax in your videos like before? Your peace and relaxed demeanour was one of the first things that attracted me to your channel.

  • Among so many other wonderful things, this is such an extraordinarily beautiful tribute to the late great Bob Ross. It never fails to amaze me how many lives he has touched, and how many ASMRtists he has inspired. I know that you are a classically trained oil painter, which is quite different from Bob’s “wet on wet” technique. But when you were painting your trees and clouds, I could almost hear Bob’s iconic voice whispering: “happy trees” and “happy clouds!” This video has so many glorious visual and auditory triggers. Some of my favorites here go all the way back to when I was just a kid, and watching “The Joy of Painting,” experiencing ASMR long before I even knew it had a name. So this video brings back some really wonderful memories of Bob Ross. And what could be a more lovely and fitting tribute to him than that. This is so beautiful. Thank you. 🙏

The house it was filmed in has been turned into a little museum. You can book sessions to paint in the studio where he used to paint. Also, the house he filmed in is one of several in Muncie that were home to the Ball Brothers, the family that founded the Ball Corporation-the company that makes Ball jars. Our very own Ball State University was home to several notable alumni roll through over the years too.

  • I've just sent these to two of my artist friends & no doubt like the rest of us, both will enjoy this artistic masterpiece from you! This reminds me of my childhood art lessons, but I'm more of a dabbler than a professional haha. For some reason, your roleplay makes me want to watch The Danish Girl again. Even with photography ( no offense to my fellow photography fans), there's just something innovative, unique, and exceptional with drawing & other artistic genres, even if it's the same style because every artist has their own creative vision. AI art can go cancel itself out.

  • Merci, Diane, this was magical! The 'are you dry yet' part with the sticky sounds was extra tingly. Nice to think that you talk to your canvas while painting; it helps explain why your paintings are so good (along with your talent, of course♡)

  • Awesome, old fashioned ASMR role playing, predating the Civil War by 2 years (1859) these are the types of videos you don't see everyday, I absolutely love it, anything Historical is right up my alley👍👍👍👍👍 you rarely see anybody dress in old fashioned clothing anymore, even if it's role playing👍👍👍👍👍

Merci. 🩵
