I swear im not a hater but its just the negativity inside me which has created during the past years that has made my opinions negative towards everyone. It is only recently that I have relaized that the intentions of people are not bad and they mean well and that the nasty behaviour they have shown me is not because they hate me but the ill effects of those negative experiences are still inside my brain making me weak everytime i remember it. It happens almost by itself controlling me like its some sort of parasite taking me towards my demise. Now whenever someone showse nasty behaviour it lights up my preconceived opinion about people and I start to develop hatred for that person. I try to heal myself from within but it hardly works. Exercise does help me to get motivated but it takes only as much as a nasty and rude look on a person's face to drive me nuts. I think I have become mad. I have a desire in my heart to work hard, earn a living and live a normal life like others but I cant because my brain won't let me. It becomes violent inside just from a little bad experience because it is alrady filled with negativity. All it needs to go crazy is a little bit of push. It also makes me physically weak and frustrated. Sometimes I don't even have the energy to sit upright. I think my social anxiety and my insecurities are because of these feelings. I dont know what to do Im a very negative person when it comes to social matters.
