    • Dude's probably one of the best metal drummers right now. Sure, others are faster. Others hit harder. But ii is dynamic and groovy as fuck, something you don't really find anymore. Not to mention his pocket is d e e p, I've never seen him lose time. And he has so many genres in his bag of tricks, only adding to his dynamics. He can go from a headbanging breakdown to some nasty-ass funk in a split second. Edit: Forgot to mention his fills. Never out of place, yet show off his insane chops. Unlike some drummers. El Estepario Siberiano comes to mind here, his short-form drumming is very show-offy and doesn't really show his groove that much. Same goes for his older stuff. His new covers are fire though.

Sleep Token has to be one of the hardest bands to make an 'in the style of=' song of because they're so weirdly unique and you can listen to 5 songs and hear so many different things so it's hard to pin them into a single genre never mind one specific style (which is part of what makes them so fun to listen to) but you nailed it.

  • Missed opportunity not having Will Ramos on the vocals. Stylistically the track nails sleep token, but it feels more rushed than your other adaptations. In reality, that doesn't mean this track is bad, it just shows how high of a bar you have set with what began as a meme, and turned into something quite special and a joy to witness. Good job Nik. And the drums are very Thornhill-esque because that dude is a little off-kilter in a great way, some of this dude’s falsetto’s remind me Jacob with the reverb including scream placement, the ambience and guitar tone/riffs are very Thornhilly as well. • I'm not sure how hard it is for you to find vocalists to collab with you for these but you ought to give Chris Liepe a shout sometime. I'd imagine that guy can probably do anything. Matt Heafy would probably also be down to sing on anything, he seems like he just loves doing music with anyone and everyone.

  • Amazing song Nik, the album you made was awesome and I can't wait for volume 2. Cameron does an amazing job doing Vessel's vocals for this song. Now I have some ideas you can do, you don't have to do them if you want but I hope you do.... 1. How to "Metal Hellsinger" in 30 seconds (for vocals, any vocalist will do) 2. How to "Ice Nine Kills" in 30 seconds (for vocals, I really don't know anyone for Spencer) 3. How to "Black Veil Brides" in 30 seconds (Get Andy Biersack on, if you can) 4. How to "Motionless in White" in 30 seconds (Get Chris Motionless on, if you can) 5. How to "Linkin Park" in 30 seconds (Get Danny from From Ashes to New on it) 6. How to "Ghost" in 30 seconds (I don't know who would do Tobias's vocals) 7. How to "Trivium" in 30 seconds (Get Matt Heafy on, if you can) 8. How to "Disturbed" in 30 seconds (Don't know anyone for David) 9. How to "Arch Enemy" in 30 seconds (Get Alissa on, if you can) 10. How to "Dayseeker" in 30 seconds (Get Rory on, if you can)

    • @T533 it's a rhythm FPS with a really good soundtrack, off the top of my head they have Alissa from Arch Enemy, Tatiana from Jinjer, Will Ramos from Lorna Shore, and many more. The game is pretty good but if it's not your style, check the soundtrack either way!
