I mean, why not. It's very easy given the very circumstances you mentioned. The students are already failing and don't care for their own future, purposeless and/or troubled beings are the best consumers of dangerous recreational activity for profit. Basically the school to jail pipeline. It seems ridiculous because it's not as bold and lucrative as it once was and people in positions of power have more integrity, but there is always a wolf in sheep's clothing in any institute you look at. Not at all farfetched to think a principal or someone in position of power to take advantage of lost souls. Another example of this is dirty cops who help dealers push product in communities they're supposed to protect, usually underprivileged and/or vulnerable communities.

what surprises me is that it doesn't happen more. a principal that has access to drugs is ideal. failing students are the easiest preys for drug addiction and, as a principal, he has full control over the entire school. including security footage and who is hired/fired. it's damn hard to prove this scheme. whoever tries to speak ends fired or dead. "be a good puppet. grab the money and stay quiet. you will live and have a lucrative job. or die trying to be a hero. I don't care"
Nah, I'm pretty sure it's all about money. That's just a rationalization.
It's not supposed to be logical entailment, but a completely separate way of thinking. Principal got cynical and disillusioned, and decided what the hell difference will it make anyway; might as well get something from this. Disillusionment of this kind is a very common villain trope.

There’s another movie that’s exactly the same scenario with the military person taking a job as a teacher. Once the kids know the teacher can fight, she shows a couple of moves next things you know she finds out that there’s more going on at the school i.e. illegal stuff and she basically takes care of it. The movie is dangerous minds with Michelle Pfeiffer.

This overall type of movie was extremely popular--with all of some of its elements present--in the U.S. from the 1980s to the 2000s especially. Like the classic slasher picture, it's almost always a fun type of movie to watch even if it isn't a particularly creative or well made example. This one looks like it might not be too bad, and maybe has a bit darker and grittier tone than usual.

Not all of it, but it obvious was inspired by 'some' elements of the Substitute. The training of the kids was a new twist. Also as an American I find that seeing gangs fight each other WITHOUT guns is an oddity, LOL

This movie is almost up there with Kung Fury in how it's basically an homage to every 80's and 90's action flick. It's got elements of The Substitute, Only The Strong, and Steven Seagal back when everyone actually kind of believed the hype because the Internet didn't exist yet. And so many damn one liners. It takes itself seriously though, and isn't exactly an open satire like Kung Fury. More like an action movie about 30 years past its prime. Not bad though.

You have verry good pronounciations of polish names. If i could have only one nitpick... In polish "J" is pronauce as "Y" so it may be writen as "Jaro" bust should be pronauce as "Yaro" whisch is short and little bit coloquial for "Jarosław" :) Anyway thx for doing polish movie!
J is such a fickle letter. I'm a native english speaker but I'm learning Bosnian and J=Y sound. It's almost like a cointoss in which language pronounces it which way.
