I love how the lack of windows makes the circus so claustrophobic. It reminds me of Quiplash and how the clay vortex makes me feel like there's nothing but clay behind what you see.
And at the same time it’s so open without a lot going on like a 90’s game background- it’s really awesome

CANNOT GET OVER HOW GOOD THIS TRAILER IS… the song ‘your new home’ music brought me goosebumps when i first watched it b4 it came out, but watching it again just ARGHHH gives me sum feels
The part where Pomney says "Oh god, why can't I remember my name?" is dark as heck. The fact that the fate of these characters is to slowly forget who they originally were and their lives and know nothing but the circus they're trapped in is so haunting and terrifying. Can't wait! :)

The massiveness of the world definitely adds to the horror aspect. The way some areas looked makes you think they'd just go on forever, like if they'd tried walking down a hallway they'd just loop back to the start of said hallway.

I absolutely love how parts of this feel like the old demos for animation softwares. Back when animation was a [REDACTED] measuring contest for who could do the most reflections, refractions, stretches, and renderings

the gummy gator is definitely my fav character next to jax. he’s so cool
i LOVE the idea of a fun little goofy show for the whole family with a dark sinister secret underneath the idea that all the characters (other then the ringleader) being probably normal humans at once with basically all their memories erased even their names i could def see this being a funny comedy and VERY heavy and deep whenever it wants and i'm all here for it! and the animation is BEAUTIFUL the designs are just so fun! i'll be sure to be here on the 13th to watch this thing right when it comes out! EDIT: also something extra THE MUSIC IS AMAZING! whoever composed the music for this trailer deserves so much attention i would add it to my music playlist in a heartbeat

Listing out some things I find interesting/noteworthy: 0:17 - The flower pot glitching out in the floor (since the circus is in an AI world) 0:20 - The circus tent in the background can also be seen in one of the community teasers 0:25 - Jax has sharp teeth. Hooray! 0:26 - Caine and Pomni seem to be in the same pose as in the first teaser, specifically the moment when Caine says "Ladies and gentlemen, Pomni here is gonna perform something you've never seen before!" 0:34 - Looks like the scene where Pomni fully realizes she looks different 0:36 and 0:40 - Jax and Ragatha have a conversation, while Gangle seems to be looking at something in the distance. Maybe Pomni suddenly ran away (the short scene with her in a massive empty room seems to support this) and Gangle is worried about it 0:42 - An unknown character is on the door. 0:44 - Gangle looks anxious and Kinger is pointing at something. Could be Pomni? 0:47 - Pomni's hand glitches out when she opens the door 0:50 - The pile of stuff orbiting around Pomni are the same objects spinning around at 0:16 0:58 - The blue star on the right can also be seen in 0:14 0:59 - Pomni with an office background, Maybe a hint to her real life situation? 1:00 - Pomni is in a hiding/sneaking pose with Caine staring off into the air tapping fingers. Possibly Caine in a "loading/processing" state, or him malfunctioning somewhat? Caine is an AI, after all. 1:03 - Something black grabs Ragatha. In the first teaser, we can see a black, smokey... thing slowly appear while Caine was switching between rooms.

Cool details and good observation, glad I'm not the one who notices some important things for the series, also that black goop is gonna be important 'cause it might reveal the virtual world's true colors and we might have backstories on the human souls on who trapped them, where they slowy discover their past and their traumas on why they were send. Can't wait for the show too. EDIT: Forgot to mention something; Kinger (the chess piece guy) is going to have an important in the story, 'cause according to the show's creator, He was the first to arrive in this digital world before Pomni and the others, so in my theory, he might have some clues on how the other humans can escape since he's being in this digital world longer than the others...even due he's easily scared 'cause he already knows how this digital world kinda works and might scarred/traumatized him for life.

This series has a lot of potential
I like the design choice of having each of the character have a different art style to them. they're all reminiscent of various styles you would see in computer games from the 90s. Reminds me of ENA.

I remember there was an image in a post community that looked like the home screen to a video game But it was the Amazing Digital Circus. It looked like the start screen for a really old kids game loaded on a CD/DVD.
This reminds of DHMIS, mostly because of the horrors behind the sweet set

What a wholesome show, the dread of being imprisoned will dissipate as long as you forget about escaping. It sounds like an excellent show, I can't wait for our main character to become another cog in the machine, finally a series of acceptance.

Based on this, it seems like they're expanding on the "trapped in a digital world" plot that Metarunner had at the end. But I am so exited to see what they do with it in the context of comedy/existential horror. So far, it looks absolutely stunning!

That is not the impressive part, there are ALOT of shows and games that do this. The main difference Is that usually it's just "Remember this innocent thing? (Clowns, Dolls, Masots etc etc) now it's evil" This show doesen't do that, you are unsettled by this show because it's usettling. Also the creator of the serie said that it's a kid friendly version of I have no mouth and i must scream, and that is crazy. If you are a kid DO NOT search it, it's the most depressing and scarry horror book i have ever read (also there are alot of inappropriate stuff for children)

It's interesting how Jax's voice isn't far from Michael's normal voice. It's like when he auditioned for the part where he exercised his repertoire of voices only for Gooseworx, Kevin, and Luke to decide his normal voice was good enough. The show is like a cross between the psychological horror of I Have No Mouth And I Must Scream and the dark comedy/kid show aesthetic of Don't Hug Me I'm Scared. Ever since the teaser, I have been hyped for this show. I can't wait to see Pomni's escapades and figure out the mysteries along the way. Cannot wait for the first episode to release. This series looks very promising. My personal theory is that the Digital Circus and Caine (who may very well be a sort of “avatar” of the circus itself) were made as a sort of VR/digital entertainment system that was deemed faulty or dangerous and was discarded. If this turns out to be the case, it’s more than likely because Caine, who might have became self aware by pure accident, lacks any true understanding of human psychology and empathy was either deemed off putting or outright dangerous even before Pomni and the others got trapped in the circus.
This theory is quite plausible since it is called the "Amazing DIGITAL circus" and also at 0:17 we see a pot clipping into the floor like in a buggy 3d game
Maybe its like a Coma, its all a figment of Pomni's brain and she doesn't remember her name because of some coma-enduring event!
@@GL0riouz I mean, it makes a lot of sense when you consider that the circus looks like a massive playhouse and the fact that Caine doesn’t have a stated reason for wanting to entertain people with his various performances, even if he doesn’t know how to go about doing them in a way that doesn’t harm Pomni and the others.

@@GL0riouz actually, in the description of another trailer, it is said a rogue ai (probably Caine) trapped 6 human souls (Pomni, Ragatha, Jax, Gangle, Kinger, and Zooble) and is basically tormenting/having adventures with them

I am SO hyped for this to come out. I'm not the biggest fan of the niche of bright kid-looking cartoon characters with psychological horror, but this is really well made. Can't wait for the pilot!!
Part of the difference is probably that it's very up-front about what it wants to be instead of trying to subvert something, unlike most of the ones you and I have a problem with which are much more deceptive about it.
