Looking back at the history of video games makes us all very nostalgic. In the retro days, video games were a very pixelated and flat medium, evolving to an incredibly cinematic and immersive experience today. We at Game Evolutions have a great passion for video games of many different genres, that is how Game Evolutions came to life. All our popular "Evolution of..." video shows the huge progress video games have undergone and the industry is growing year by year. A video from us takes 15+ hours to produce. We put significant time into researching, looking in the archives, recording, and finally editing. Our goal is to give you as high-quality content as possible as consistently as possible.   • My last 2k I ever played was 2k7 on og Xbox. I never bought a 2k ever in my life either. They were all hand me downs from my cousin after he got a 360 & left for college. A couple of months later and my aunt brought me a ps3 for making it to Jr high and I gravitated towards madden bc that’s all they ever brought me (I’ve never asked for a athletic sports game lol) and the last madden I’ve ever played was 12 bc the Saints were coming off their SB high😂 I’m 24 in 2023 now and haven’t played either franchise since. I just randomly heard a song (They reminisce over you-C.L. Smooth & Pete Rock) and remembered playing these games and thought I’d see how they were doing now. Core memories unlocked.

  • Can proudly/luckily say I use to wake up every morning, fired up my Dreamcast and played the first 2k. A.I. on the cover was why I think I picked it over madden. Then I got game cube and 2k left 😢

  • So nba 2k16 seems like peak 2k, up until then it seemed like gradual improvements in gameplay. After that, little by little you see the gameplay quality drop. Makes sense

  • I feel like there is sth wrong in eyeballs of players in 2k23 I mean movement of eyeballs is weird. Sometimes players look like zombies. Am I the only one seeing this?

  • NBA PLAYGROUNDS is not from 2K Sports at the time. It's from Mad Dog Games. After a few years, 2K acquired Mad Dog and released NBA 2K Playgrounds 2.
