How To Connect/Restore Your Apple Watch Without Using A Dongle (MFC-AWRT) The Easy Way
Hello Everyone.
in today's video, I'm going to show you how to connect your apple watch to your pc for restoring or reading the information of the apple watch without using iBUS MFC dongle or AWRT dongle (original dongle).
this requires a charging flex cable from an iPhone 6s and connecting it to the test points that are on the downside of the apple watch.
this may require opening your apple watch and yes it works with MFC software so you can restore your watch without a dongle but still, you need an MFC activation pass which will cost you like 75$ a year but it's really fun to check this one out.

@Antoine Kiriaky I have a series 6 Apple watch trying to use an iBus connector with 3uTools however it will not recognise the device? I cannot put the device into DFU mode, the screen is stuck on an animation of a watch and phone being brought together, with no text beneath it. Can you offer any solution?

Hello antoine, for series 2 stainless can dfu mode with this? Or do you need additional tools? because the method given by the mfc team only works for series 2 aluminum not stainless,.. i've tried it,..
Shot I forgot to try on series 2,ibus don’t put Apple Watch series 2 in DFU that’s the only model I couldn’t enter DFU

@@Martins967 if you are going to risk Shorting your Apple Watch go ahead, I still won’t recommend doing this, even with the charging flex there is a big chance that you can short the Watch because of 5VUSB.

Hello sorry ipsw for series 7000 are not available for now only from series 1-6
By the way the 7000 series marking on the apple watch bottom refers to the type of aluminium it is made out of. I am unsure of where else you can figure out what series the watch is besides attempting to pair with it.

I know this is old question but to whomever may need to know an answer to this question, you dont need anything but the watch to reset the watch if its not icloud locked. Just google how to reset apple watch....
