When I trained kenpo karate in high school my nickname around the dojo was 'the chode' cus I was short and broad. I found it particularly hilarious.

Try just holding your arms up for ten minutes, let alone swinging them and taking smacks to face at same time......its hard work
I've recorded several sparring sessions live at the boxing gym I train at. Then watched them later. Everyone looks fat a slow on video it seems. In person it's so different.

Went to school with Joey for most my life, always had the best attitude and I'm so stoked he has found so much success.
My dad and cousin went to school with him too in Carlsbad and are really good friends with him, he use to live up stairs from me too, such a cool dude.

Probably my favorite match that I have seen so far. It may not have just happened, but I am new the watching BKFC and this was impressive. I loved watching Beltran in the UFC. I actually thought Sherman was Joe Riggs at first.
